Yesterday at Knowledge 2026, ServiceNow announced AI specialists that handle quoting, case management, and renewals for the Fortune 500. That's real. It works. Honeywell already eliminated most of their service desk conversations.

Now look down the street. The dental clinic on Richmond. The law firm above the coffee shop. The realtor running 40 listings solo. They're missing 6 out of 10 calls. Today. This week. Every week.

Building Synosys, I keep hitting the same wall. The technology that costs Honeywell millions also costs a 4-person clinic basically nothing if you skip the consulting layer. The gap isn't capability. The gap is who's bothering to show up for the small operators.

Spent today wiring the after-hours intake flow into a clinic demo. Boring on paper. Worth $80K a year to them in recovered patient slots.

    Going back to the build.
