A weekly look at what shipped, what moved in the pipeline, and what I'm chasing next. Shipped The "Window of Intent" reel went out across seven platforms on Friday. The premise: the lead-response-time stat everyone quotes is real, but the framing most people use for it is wrong. It's not about urgency or chasing leads. It's about a short window of intent that closes faster than people think, not because people are impatient, but because life moves on. Designed for service operators who want to think about intake as a systems problem instead of a sales problem. I also closed a content strategy loop on synosys.io this week. The knowledge base now consolidates around three categories: Guides (the SEO plays), Founder Log (build-in-public), and Weekly Recap (this one). Mid-week visual posts stay native to LinkedIn where they belong. One hub, less surface to maintain, all the link equity in one place. Pipeline One real discovery call this week. A multidisciplinary clinic in Ontario (70 therapists, around 20 daily new registrations, Jane App CRM, missed appointment follow-ups identified as the most costly operational leak) walked me through their stack on Thursday. The brief came in as a five-project wishlist. The discipline move is to scope-narrow to the appointment follow-up build, because that has the cleanest measurable ROI and the demo I want for future healthcare conversations. Howard at Pathmark Partners surfaced again today with a LinkedIn post on MLS systems and the evolving consumer demand picture in real estate. That is a reopen signal worth threading through next week with substance, not a like. Lesson When a prospect names five problems, they are not giving you five engagements. They are giving you one prioritized list. Pick the one with the cleanest before-and-after metric and ship that. Everything else is scope creep dressed up as enthusiasm. Next Week

Land scope on the clinic engagement: appointment follow-up only, defined deliverable, hours capped. Close the lead validator lifecycle bug on Synosys Reach and wire email verification. Re-engage Howard's MLS post with a substantive reply, not a reaction.

That's the week. See you next Friday.
